What is the concept behind GET ORGANIZED by Stephanie?

It was founded as a high-end organizing company that provides comprehensive and personalized solutions to meet the diverse needs of each client. We provide individualized, all-encompassing solutions for customers to achieve a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing living environment. As a high-end organizing company, we aim to transform chaotic spaces into functional, beautiful sanctuaries.

What was your career path before opening GO?

Before founding my own company, I honed my skills in the home industry through various roles, including as a loan officer and as a realtor specializing in tear-down properties in Buckhead and Morningside. Additionally, I gained invaluable experience as a stay-at-home mother, managing my household and supporting my family.

Finally, I founded Get Organized By Stephanie, LLC, which has been a culmination of my experiences and passion for organization and design.

What do you find most satisfying about organizing?

Enhancing the surroundings to positively impact people’s lives.

What makes your clients happiest about having the help of a professional organizer?

Our skilled direction allows our clients to grasp the rationale and strategies for maintaining success.

How do you begin an organizing project?

Our process is uniform, regardless of the size of the space, be it a junk drawer or a 20,000-square-foot home. We employ a systematic approach called The GO Process, which involves the following steps: extracting all items, categorizing them, decluttering, placing items in an organized manner, measuring the space to maximize efficiency, and adding the final touches for a polished look.

What do you love most about living in Atlanta?

While I have had the experience of living in several different places, including Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, Corona Del Mar, CA, and Las Vegas, NV, it is Buckhead Atlanta, that I consider to be my true home. I appreciate the seasonal variation in Atlanta and the amenities in Buckhead.

Where can we find you when you aren’t working?

When I am not engaged in project work, I focus on attending collaborative events and networking opportunities in the marketing sphere. During this time, I also prioritize self-care appointments and indulge in the ambiance and cuisine of my preferred Buckhead restaurants, allowing me to unwind and recharge.

My favorite restaurants are Le Bilboquet and Taverna for brunch, Yebo for lunch, Postinos for happy hour, and Chops Lobster Bar, Bones, and Rumi’s for dinner.

My family and friends hold great significance in my life. When I’m not working, I enjoy organizing meaningful experiences for us to share.

What’s currently on your nightstand?

My nightstand is typically clutter-free, but I occasionally arrange flowers on it. Having a vase with fresh flowers nearby brings me happiness and a sense of calm.

Fill in the blank: you will never see me without my _______.

You’ll never see me without my label maker and tape measure, which are crucial for professional organizers to effectively manage client projects.

What is your best piece of advice?

Organization is a powerful catalyst for unlocking success and reaching your full potential!

Finally, tell us three things you can’t live without.

Hot baths, soft blankets, and Prosecco.
