Working in 30A and Birmingham, the team offers customizable packages that tailor each picnic to the occasion. The picnic rental option supplies everything you need to set up your excursion, including gorgeous woven poufs, blankets, and umbrellas, as well as practical elements like a metal drink cooler and Bluetooth speaker.

When best friends Bri Nelson and Bayly Salter were first introduced to pop-up picnic companies while on vacation together, they were immediately intrigued. “Gathering people around a (fancy) picnic table to be together seemed to be the perfect way to mesh our love of things aesthetically pleasing with our love of community,” says Bri. The two got to work and launched Birmingham Picnic Co.
Three years later, they have been a part of baby showers, bachelorette parties, proposals, date nights, and more across Birmingham. “We are grateful to have been a part of so many celebrations!” Bri says.
For Bri and Bayly, the secret to their luxe picnics is in the details. They strive to think of everything — from games to bug spray to a personalized mirror with a customized decorative message. Their standard picnics start at $250 for up to four guests, and they handle everything from start to finish.
