Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-oz. package broccoli slaw
  • ¼ cup shelled pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • ½ cup green goddess dressing see recipe HERE
  • 2 scallions (green parts only) thinly sliced on the diagonal, for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli slaw, pumpkin seeds, and dressing until the broccoli is well coated. Sprinkle the scallions on top to serve. Garnish with red pepper flakes, if desired.
